Very old and tired looking. They are doing some work to regenerate it but too little too late. Poor mix of shops. Phone shops, small cafe, and wilko. Cheapest parking is now £1.00 even for quick trip. Need to offer free parking to get people to visit.

Average selection of big brand stores and smaller shops, the rebranding to Rugby central has not changed the overall atmosphere and there is nothing to make this shopping centre stand out. Too many shops are left vacant.
