Every time I go to Halfords I receive poor customer service. Won't be visiting again as last time someone walked straight in front of me in a queue and the member of staff looked straight at me and ignored the fact that I was clearly next and continued to serve the rude man in front of me!! Computers never work either to find out which product you need!
