  Update. They have now moved to a brand new shop still on Elliotts Field Retail Park but next to Starbucks. I've only ever used Halfords for replacement bulbs, fuses, wiper blades and on rare occasions washer fluid. Because they have always had my items in stock. Never had a problem with them they have always helped when asked, but I fit everything myself because I know what I'm doing. I have bikes too but I don't let anyone touch them either as I have built them myself, and in any case Halfords don't sell Campagnolo parts.

  Halfords replaced my disc brake pads and topped up the fluids. The work and price was fine but Halfords will not receive my future custom after they used underhand tactics to send me marketing emails. Faced with a 'we'll email the receipt to you' offer to get my email address I made absolutely clear that I wanted no emails only to receive numerous ones with no unsubscribe option. I complained online only to be fobbed off with a boiler plate response. Halfords clearly don't respect their customers enough for my liking so I'll buy my next bike elsewhere.

  I was served by someone called Adam who was very helpful , cant recommend him enough. was also offered to be served by someone called Jamie who happened to be quite overpowering in my purchases.
