  Excellent service, I phoned at nearly 10.00 this morning to ask if someone could look at a problem with my boiler in the next few days it is now 12.30 and the boiler is fixed and the bill paid with minimal impact on my time. The engineer was polite and very helpful identified and explained the potential problem, fitted a new valve after refilling the expansion tank with air (I note a lot of people with the same issue my boiler have been told they need a new expansion tank or boiler by other companies). A new valve and it appears to be working fine. The engineer suggested we monitor the performance and further fixes can be performed when it gets serviced. Custom heat will certainly be getting a call for my servicing as they have been excellent.
