  Quality of tree I purchased was very poor, the cut at the bottom of the tree looks likes it had been hacked as opposed to sawn off, so had to recut it straight at the bottom , so it sat level in the tree support, to cap it all the tree is loosing needles en-masses, come 24th it will be bare, agreed that trees suffer shock, but they do recover, this one however has not, and yes I here the obvious Question.? Did you water it, yes , we did, as soon as it was home and then in the container. They did answer via facebook, to say- 'bring it back and they will exchange it'.. fare you might say; but does anybody want to strip down an xmas tree at what is already a busy time and start again, no way.! Let alone the thousands of needles that will fall, when I move it.! Also, left 2 messages now on their phone answer machine... to date no call returned.!!! Hi There, Thank you for reply.. I purchased the tree last friday 15th December, and yes the tree was netted by you . Yes I did choose the tree myself and no instruction were attached to the tree, you gave no receipts , as I paid cash; however I accept I should have asked for receipt.

  Complete Time Wasters. They state opening hours of 9am - 6pm on Sundays. Yet we arrive at 5:35pm and there is not a soul in sight and the place is clearly shut. Wasted an hour of my time and money on fuel for this trip. The Xmas trees is based at an equestrian centre, it's clearly a bolt-on side money-making project they do. Yet nobody on Equestrian centre reception either despite all the lights on. I have never understood businesses that communicate closing times, but then don't abide by them. Even if I arrived at 5:59pm, I should be accomodated as at any other time. OTHERWISE STATE AN EARLIER CLOSING TIME. I wouldn't trust the other reviews on here - plenty of fake reviews out there. This is a horsey club first and foremost, not a serious business. Save your time, look elsewhere.

  Absolutely fantastic! I picked my tree up on the day they opened (24/11/2017) and am incredibly happy! The tree is beautiful, and the service is fantastic. Will definitely return next year! :)
