  The pharmarcy is very unprofessional and have a care less attitude. Went to get prescription, was told will take 10 to 15 mintues. Said i will be back after an hour. Came back medicine still not ready. Was told to wait while they "make it" as apprantely in can only be done in front of me. Never heard of such rubbish. Waited another five minutes, in the end had to leave without medication as on the school run. Not good service at all.

  Went to Boots today 21st February to do shopping but to my experience again as use it frequently not enough staff the queues were very long with one cashier serving he rang the bell 5 times while I was there and still nobody came this has happened on numerous occasions now and everyone was complaining I am sure the store manager needs informing before people stop visiting the store . Mrs C Thomas Rugby .
